- Map current and future state processes
- Run process discovery workshops with business and technology teams
- Identify bottlenecks, control gaps and improvement opportunities
- Document procedures, roles and handoffs
- Define process metrics and baselines
- Support rollout, training and adoption of new ways of working
What you bring
- Hands-on process analysis or process improvement experience
- Process modelling skills such as BPMN or swimlane mapping
- Clear written documentation
- Stakeholder engagement and facilitation
- Root-cause and process performance analysis using process data

- Lean or Six Sigma certification
- Process modelling tools such as Visio, Signavio or ARIS
- Process mining tools such as Celonis
