What you'll do
- Analyse payment flows across channels and schemes
- Map and migrate ISO 20022 messages
- Define real-time payments requirements
- Write requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate workshops with operations and technology
- Support for scheme testing, SIT and UAT
What you bring
- Hands-on payments business analysis experience
- ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT/MX knowledge
- Payment lifecycle knowledge from initiation through clearing, settlement and reconciliation
- Working knowledge of domestic and cross-border payment schemes, including real-time payments
- Requirements and process mapping skills
- Stakeholder engagement
