Privacy Notice

Who we are

3XIT Consulting is a Singapore-registered consultancy that supplies specialist consultants to banks and financial firms for technology programmes. We also operate 3XIT Consulting Ltd. in the United Kingdom.

What we collect and why

When you contact us, send a CV, apply via 3xit.io/careers, or we reach out about a role or client need, we may hold:

• Name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile and professional history
• CV, skills, availability and rate information you share
• Notes from conversations and interview or placement status
• For clients: work contact details, role, organisation and the roles or programmes you told us about

We use this to respond to you, match candidates to roles, manage placements, and run our business (including invoices and compliance). We do not sell your data.

Where we get it

Directly from you, from a referral you know about, from a public professional source (for example a published LinkedIn profile or a CV you shared), or from our website forms.

How long we keep it

We keep candidate and contact records only while they are useful for recruitment or client work, then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

If you send us your CV through our careers form, our Candidate Privacy Notice also applies and sets out how long we keep talent-network records.

Sharing

We share candidate details with a client only when you are being considered for a role with that client, and only as needed for that process. We use standard business tools (email, cloud storage, our systems) under contracts that protect your information.

Your choices

Email privacy@3xit.io to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. If we emailed you about roles or services and you prefer not to hear from us, reply "no thanks" and we will not contact you again.

We may update this notice. The version on 3xit.io/privacy is the current one.
