Design ServiceNow platforms end to end: instance strategy, data model, integrations, security and upgrade-safe customisation.
What you'll do
- Define platform and instance architecture across several workflows
- Design the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and CMDB
- Design integration architecture with IntegrationHub, MID Server and APIs
- Set security, domain separation and data governance
- Run technical design authority and code-review standards
- Plan upgrades, releases and technical-debt reduction
- Advise on module and licence roadmaps
What you bring
- Hands-on ServiceNow architecture experience across several modules
- ServiceNow CSA and CAD certification with one or more CIS credentials
- CSDM and CMDB design
- Integration architecture and MID Server
- Platform performance, security and upgrade planning
- Design authority and governance experience
- Stakeholder engagement across business and technology leadership

Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward it
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect
