Overview
Build on the ServiceNow platform: scripted apps, flows, integrations and portals that follow platform best practice.
What you'll do
- Write server-side and client-side scripts with Business Rules, Script Includes and Client Scripts
- Build flows and integrations in Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Develop scoped applications in ServiceNow Studio or App Engine Studio
- Build REST and SOAP integrations, import sets and transform maps
- Develop Service Portal and Employee Center widgets
- Write Automated Test Framework (ATF) tests and ship source-controlled releases
- Remediate upgrades and review skipped records
What you bring
- Hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- JavaScript, including GlideRecord and the Glide APIs
- Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- REST APIs, import sets and transform maps
- ACLs, roles and data security on the platform
- Instance upgrades and update-set or Git-based release practice
- Stakeholder engagement across business and technology
