Overview
Coach Scrum teams, facilitate Scrum events and remove the impediments that slow delivery.
What you'll do
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives for one or more Scrum teams
- Remove impediments and protect the team's focus on the Sprint Goal
- Coach the team and its stakeholders on Scrum and agile practices
- Work with the Product Owner on backlog refinement and Sprint readiness
- Make progress, risks and dependencies visible to the team and stakeholders
- Track and improve team metrics such as velocity, cycle time and predictability
- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters on cross-team dependencies and scaled planning
What you bring
- Hands-on Scrum Master experience with cross-functional delivery teams
- Strong working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
- Facilitation, coaching and conflict resolution
- Agile metrics and delivery reporting
- Jira, Azure DevOps or similar agile tooling

- PSM or CSM certification
- Scaled agile such as SAFe
- DevOps familiarity
