What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery across one or more agile teams or services
- Own delivery plans, forecasts and milestone commitments to stakeholders
- Manage delivery risks, blockers and cross-team dependencies and escalate where needed
- Plan releases and go-live readiness and coordinate with operations
- Manage team capacity, resourcing and supplier involvement within budget
- Track delivery metrics and report progress to programme and executive stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in flow, throughput and predictability across teams
What you bring
- Hands-on delivery management experience across multiple agile teams or services
- Agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban at team and multi-team level
- Delivery planning, forecasting and milestone management
- Risk, dependency and supplier management across teams
- Release and service delivery coordination
- Clear, data-informed reporting to senior stakeholders

Nice to have
- SAFe or other scaled agile experience
- ITIL or service management exposure
- Jira and Confluence
- DevOps and CI/CD familiarity
