What you'll do
- Own the release calendar across teams, environments and dependencies
- Run release readiness, go and no-go decisions with delivery and operations
- Coordinate deployment, cutover and rollback plans
- Manage change records and approvals through the change process
- Track release risks, defects and dependencies to closure
- Report release status and outcomes to stakeholders
- Improve release frequency and reliability with DevOps teams
What you bring
- Hands-on release management experience
- Change and release processes such as ITIL
- Release planning across multiple teams and environments
- Cutover and rollback planning
- Jira, Azure DevOps or ServiceNow
- Clear communication with delivery, operations and business stakeholders
