- Hands-on Salesforce testing experience
- Functional, regression and integration testing
- Test automation with a Salesforce-aware tool such as Provar, ACCELQ or Copado Robotic Testing
- API testing with Postman and SOQL for data validation
- Defect lifecycle management
- Understanding of Salesforce configuration
- Stakeholder engagement across business and technology
