- Integrate CI/CD and GitOps
- Run observability, logging and alerting
- Harden security and enforce policy
- Manage upgrades, patching and capacity
- Support for application teams onboarding to the platform
What you bring
- Hands-on Kubernetes or OpenShift administration
- Containers and Helm
- GitOps with Argo CD or Flux and monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana
- CI tooling such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins
- Linux and networking fundamentals
- Infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Scripting in Python or Bash for platform automation

Nice to have
- Red Hat or CNCF certifications such as CKA
- Service mesh experience
- Cloud-managed Kubernetes on AWS or Azure
- Regulated-industry experience
