Overview
Test Calypso releases and upgrades end to end: trade lifecycle, settlements and interfaces, with CATT regression suites and SQL validation.
What you'll do
- Design and run Calypso functional, regression and end-to-end tests across trade capture, lifecycle events and settlements
- Build and maintain CATT test scripts and reusable regression suites
- Test confirmations, SWIFT messaging and interfaces to connected systems
- Prepare and validate test data with SQL
- Run SIT and UAT cycles and track results against requirements
- Validate releases, patches and upgrades before go-live
- Investigate, retest and close defects with developers and business owners
What you bring
- Hands-on Calypso testing experience
- Hands-on CATT (Calypso Automated Testing Tool) experience, including building and maintaining test scripts and regression suites
- Functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing across products or asset classes
- Understanding of the Calypso trade lifecycle
- Ability to turn functional requirements into test scenarios and test cases
- SQL for test-data set-up, validation and defect investigation
- Defect and test-management tools such as Jira, Xray or ALM
