What you'll do
- Find manual operational and release tasks and automate them end to end
- Build configuration management for servers and middleware
- Script environment builds, refreshes and routine maintenance
- Automate health checks, housekeeping and recovery runbooks
- Integrate automation with schedulers, pipelines and ticketing tools
- Measure time saved and errors removed by automation
- Document and hand over automation to support teams
What you bring
- Hands-on infrastructure or operations automation experience
- Ansible or comparable configuration management
- Scripting in Python, Bash or PowerShell
- Linux and Windows server administration
- CI/CD tooling
- Git and code review practice
You don't need every item on this list. If most of it fits, send your CV.
Nice to have
- Terraform
- Job schedulers such as Control-M or Autosys
- ServiceNow or similar ITSM integration
- Red Hat Ansible certification
